José’s general overview:
José Manuel is Jr. Associate at González-Paullada Domínguez, and has been part of the Business Law practice since 2023. Previously, from 2022 to 2023 he worked at Iconn Group, holding of “7-Eleven” Mexico in the Transactional Legal area and, from 2021 to 2022 José Manuel worked in a local civil and criminal litigation firm, overviewing civil and insurance collection procedures.

José Manuel has formidable experience in multiple legal disciplines, including M&A, corporate, finance & banking, securities, real state, compliance among others. He started his career from an early age, which provided him with a vast variety of skills to be used in render of legal services, being able to analyze the client’s needs with a multidisciplinary approach.
