Mauricio’s general overview:
Mauricio de Jesús Soto Rodríguez is Jr. Associate in the Dispute & Resolution practice of the firm, in which he specializes in civil and commercial litigation. Mauricio has several years of experience in dispute resolution, having previously worked at a local law firm handling civil, commercial, and criminal litigation. During said time, he focused on criminal law, primarily defending high-ranking public officials in Nuevo León.
Formation:
He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), where he was recognized with the Professional Leadership Development Award. He is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. As part of his academic career, he served as Content Director for the International Law Symposium at (ITESM) and was a member of the Student Justice Tribunal at (ITESM).
